Carly Pearce VIP Meet & Greet

This past weekend I went to the Irvine, CA stop on Lady A’s What A Song Can Do Tour. I also splurged for M&G’s for Carly Pearce. I absolutely think Pearce is nothing more than a legend and with her third album, “29: Written In Stone” being released the day of the M&G I couldn’t miss the chance to meet her.

VIP Packages differ so make sure to check what you will be entitled to before purchasing. Due to COVID 19 Restrictions most artists are not offering M&G so make sure you know what you are purchasing.

Carly’s VIP package included:

  • One Meet & Greet and One individual photo taken on your camera or phone

  • An acoustic one song performance by Carly Pearce for those of the VIP group

  • One Carly Pearce Meet & Greet/VIP Laminate

  • One VIP exclusive Carly Pearce gift item

For those event in particular the VIP ticket and Lady A concert ticket were to be bought separate as are most VIP tickets.

Within this post I have included three sections: Days before, Day of the show and after the M&G.

THREE DAYS BEFORE: Around 3pm PST I was sent an itinerary from the website in which I purchased the VIP package from. It included a map of the venue, the rules of the venue (including what is and isn’t allowed in the venue) and the time slots. Make sure you are there with time to spare because if you aren’t there to walk with the VIP host you will not be able to enjoy the VIP perks.

DAY OF: Most people started lining up around an hour to half an hour before the check in time. Again, extremely important that you are there on time.

Due to COVID it was a very small group. We were led to the VIP tent where we were all able to stand around where Carly would be performing.

After we were escorted in Carly walked in and played an acoustic version of her hit song, “I Hope You’re Happy Now.” The song was originally recorded with Lee Brice but at the 2020 CMA Awards was sung with Charles Kelly of Lady A.

The VIP group along with Carly were surprised when Charles Kelley 2/3 of Lady A walked in and sang with Carly on his way to food services.

After the performance Carly took about five questions from the audience. You can tell how genuine Carly is as a person and artist by the way she interacted with her fans. Carly made sure to give extra attention to her little fans that were in attendance.

We were given VIP laminates to commemorate our experience and had them signed as guests could ask Carly to sign one item of our choosing.

Carly surprised us all with pit tickets that night which was incredibly generous and sweet of her!

The VIP host was gracious enough to take lots of pictures on our phones when we met Carly so we had some to choose from. We received our VIP gift which was a signed poster and we got our wristbands for PIT entrance.

AFTER: We had time to spare after VIP got let out so you’re able to go get food at the food trucks on site, return to your car or use the restrooms. Specifically at this venue they have a huge field for Corn Hole, lots of drink stands and picnic tables.

THOUGHTS: I really do recommend purchasing this VIP Package - it really makes the concert experience full and it’s an amazing memory to keep forever. The only disappointment was how rushed it was. I would have loved to been able to speak to Carly for at least ten seconds.

Seeing how much Pearce’s little fans were touched by everything was incredible and if you have little fans of the artists I highly recommend this. It’s something they will remember forever.
